Return & Refund Information
Filliwell places your health and safety as our highest priority. To maintain the quality of our premium, Korean-sourced supplements and to ensure you receive the best possible experience in a complex international shipping environment, we operate under the following refund and return criteria.
1. Product Safety & International Hygiene Compliance Principle
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, health supplements cannot be resold. We deeply appreciate your understanding of this principle and ask for careful consideration before purchase.
- Opened or Used Products: To maintain hygiene control and quality, refunds are not possible for any reason, including simple change of mind, if the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
- Simple Change of Mind: Refunds based on customer's subjective judgments, such as expectation mismatch, subjective dissatisfaction with taste or scent, or ordering errors, are not eligible for refund.
- Allergy/Sensitivity Reactions: Reactions due to a customer's specific constitution or allergenic ingredients are personal matters. Please ensure you check the ingredients beforehand. This, too, will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
2. Essential Cooperation for Successful International Delivery
Customs clearance and delivery issues that arise during international shipping are beyond Filliwell's direct control. Please reconfirm the following points for successful receipt of your product.
- Return/Destruction Due to Customs Issues: If a product is destroyed or returned by customs due to the customer's country's Customs Duty non-payment, import regulation violation (quantity limits, prohibited ingredients, etc.), the product cost and the shipping fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. (Customers must verify import regulations before ordering.)
- Shipping Information Error: Delivery failure or return resulting from incorrect address, recipient's full name error (mandatory for customs), or contact information error.
- Refusal or Delay of Receipt: Product return due to customer absence, uncontactable status, or simple refusal to accept the delivery.
[Notice]: Should the product be returned to Filliwell due to any of the reasons in Section 2, additional international shipping costs may be incurred and will be charged to the customer.
3. Filliwell’s Responsibility and Commitment
If an issue arises due to our clear fault, Filliwell will handle it promptly and responsibly.
Refund Eligible Reasons:
- Product Defect: In the event of an obvious defect, damage, or spoilage occurred during the manufacturing process.
- Incorrect/Missing Order: If a product clearly different from the product ordered or if the quantity is incorrect was delivered.
Application Requirements:
- Reporting Deadline: You must notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of product receipt.
- Evidence: For an expedited review, you must attach objective evidence, such as photos, clearly proving the defect or error.
Processing Procedure & Costs:
- Application Method: Please email shopify@filliwell.com with your order number and photo evidence.
- Return Cost: All international shipping costs required for return or re-shipment due to our fault will be fully borne by Filliwell.
4. Other Important Notices
- Transit Accidents: We support the claim process according to the carrier's insurance policy for damage or loss occurring during shipping, and we will provide all necessary cooperation in this process.
- Contact: For inquiries regarding returns/refunds, please contact shopify@filliwell.com. We will notify you of the review result within 3–5 business days.
