1. Shipping Duration & Methods: Safe Transit via Optimized Routes

We operate an optimized logistics system to ensure the freshness and safety of our products.

  • Deliverable Regions: We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding South Korea. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout. (Orders placed with a South Korean domestic address will be automatically canceled by the system.)
  • Shipping Methods: Reliable global carriers such as EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, and FedEx are flexibly selected based on shipping circumstances to ensure speed and stability.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Including order confirmation and processing, international transit, and local customs procedures, delivery typically takes 7 to 25 business days.
    • Notice: This is an estimated period, and delays may occur due to local customs procedures, weather conditions, or local carrier circumstances. While Filliwell processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee the delivery duration itself. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $20 USD is applied to most countries worldwide. (Shipping costs may vary for some close or distant regions.)

2. Customs & Import Costs: Adherence to Local Regulations

International shipments are subject to the destination country's import regulations and tax policies. This is beyond Filliwell's control and requires the customer's mandatory cooperation.

  • Customs and Tax Payment Obligation (DDU): The customer is solely responsible for and must pay all additional charges that may arise upon receipt, such as Customs Duty, Import Tax (VAT), and customs clearance fees.
  • Import Regulation Check: Customers are responsible for verifying their destination country's supplement import restrictions, allowable quantity limits, and prohibited ingredient status before placing an order.
  • Crucial Warning: If a product is denied customs clearance, returned, or destroyed due to non-payment of duties/taxes or violation of customs regulations (e.g., quantity exceeding limits, prohibited ingredients), the product cost and the initial shipping fee are unfortunately non-refundable. We kindly ask you to ensure regulatory compliance for a successful delivery.
