System Recovery Status
- Recovery Complete: EMS shipping service to most countries except the U.S. has been normalized
- Shipment Tracking: Tracking status and updates are operating normally
- Processing Delays: Delays that occurred during the outage are being resolved progressively
Shipments to most countries are being processed normally, and tracking services are functioning smoothly.
U.S. EMS Shipping Notice
Currently, EMS shipments to the United States remain unavailable.
- Current Status: U.S. EMS acceptance unavailable
- Expected Recovery: To be determined (logistics partner system recovery in progress)
- Follow-up Notice: Separate announcement will be made immediately upon recovery
If you are planning to ship to the United States, please take note when placing orders. We will promptly notify you as soon as U.S. shipments resume.
