Service Resumption Details

- Shipping Service: EMS acceptance and dispatch to Canada normalized
- Held Orders: Items held during the strike will be shipped progressively
EMS shipping to Canada, which was suspended from September 25, has resumed, and both new orders and held orders will be processed normally.
Potential Delivery Delays
While the strike has ended, delays in Canada's domestic mail processing may occur temporarily.
- Dispatch from Korea: Normal processing
- After Arrival in Canada: Customs clearance and local delivery may take longer than usual
- Shipment Tracking: Tracking information updates may be somewhat delayed
